Bleed All About It
By Dark Soul

Horror movies are big in the coming year of 2013 with the likes of a new Texas
Chainsaw film bringing back Leather Face once again.  Not looking like this will be
a kids movie is Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters along with a new Scary Movie 5 in
the works.  The Haunting in Connecticut 2 is on the way along with Ghosts of
Georgia and Oz: The Great and Powerful, a new take on the classic story all
coming in 2013.  A film called Dark Skies and after many long years away the
dinos of Jurassic Park are back again in time for their 20th Anniversary.  For a
remake The Evil Dead is coming and not a movie but I don't know what the hell
they were thinking about someone thought to make Carrie: The Musical on stage.
Yeah I know.

Returning this new year for TV, news is SyFy Channel's Lost Girl and Being
Human along with the make-up series Face Off now coming into its 4th season.
Also will be the return of Grimm (NBC), The Walking Dead (AMC), Supernatural
(CW), True Blood (HBO) and The Vampire Diaries also on The CW.  Fans of the
new show 666 Park Ave. will find that the show has been giving the axe by ABC
and will be only running out its 13 episodes that were already shot.  If you were a
fan of the CW series The Secret Circle don't feel to sad as the show....well re-runs
at least as now playing on The Chiller Channel as well as series star, Phoebe
Tonkin, is now a player on The CW’s hit show The Vampire Diaries now in their
4th season.

Underworld director Len Wiseman is planning on re-making the re-make of The
Mummy.  As Wiseman said this is not going to be anything like the other films that
were made and will be a stand along film.  Night of The Living Dead is said to be
coming to the stage for an all live zombie attack.  Look for more news on this fun
little idea.  If you were looking forward to the new The Fly movie or heard anything
about it....well forget it.  The project seems to have been killed before it got off the
ground.  Too bad.  The re-boot of Buffy The Vampire Slayer is now kind of up in
the air.  Seems that the filmmakers are not getting all their duck in a row and the
movie is sitting in a sort of planning stages hell.  I don't know if that's a good thing
or not as the series would be a hard act to follow.
